Show Description

A show combining the Sandringham Food & Drink Festival with the Sandringham Craft & Wood Festival . For a great family fun filled day out with lots to see and lots to do.

The Food and Drink Festival offers everything you would expect to see at a food and drink festival and more. There are a number of large Food Halls offering an array of fine foods, wines and spirits from local and national food producers and retailers.

Accompanied by specialist street food vendors and bars for you to enjoy and relax while listening to various music from jazz bands to solo artists.

Watch a selection of celebrity chefs as they cook up your favourite dish in the cookery theatre (all included in the daily entrance price).

The Craft and Wood Show is Known for its quality crafts and traditional working craft demonstrations including the vintage machinery section and displays. Here you can watch the wonderful world of wood unfold with rack-saws, planking demonstrations, chainsaw displays and wood turning.

The English Open Chainsaw Competition returns with the finest chainsaw carvers in the land and abroad from England, Wales, Ireland, Finland, USA and Canada. All competing to produce a wonderful sculpture over the weekend as their main competition piece. This will be accompanied with a speed carving arena, with up to three speed carves a day every day, with a chance to purchase your favourite in the auctions that follow.

Large Craft Pavilions will house some of the finest artists, designers and jewellers in the country the perfect place to buy that unique gift.

With children’s amusements, puppet shows, falconry, airguns and archery, there is something for the whole family to enjoy at another unbeatable day out at Sandringham Estate, brought to you by Living Heritage Events.

Disabled Facilities

We have disabled loos and we will attempt to park you as close to the entrance as possible (speak to the car park attendant when you arrive). Please be aware that the show is held on grassed open ground.

Dogs Welcome

Dogs are very welcome – All we would ask is that you keep them on a lead (unless they are participating in an organised event) and that you clear up after them. Please do not leave dogs unattended in hot cars.

*Please be aware that there are a lot of loud noises and bangs on the site in the vicinity of the chainsaw area and other attractions and arena displays. If your dog is stressed by loud bangs and noises it may be kinder to leave them at home.
